I had an appointment with Dr. Bita Pour Jafari today. I would recommend Dr Jafari and her staff to anyone. I had an exceptional visit. Dr Jafari listened to all of my concerns and requests for establishing specialized doctors for my medical issues. I am new to this area, and was greatly impressed with the entire office service.

Dr. Bita Pour Jafari is a knowledgeable and experienced physician. She listens carefully and patiently to her patients and takes the time to answer their questions thoroughly. She is respected and trusted by her patients, and I appreciate the care she provides. One suggestion I would like to make is that referral and insurance authorization documents be sent to specialists on the same day as the patient’s appointment whenever possible. This would help patients avoid delays and difficulties when scheduling appointments with specialists.

Amazing doctor and staff are nice

I had my first visit with Dr.Jafari last week since I wanted to make a change to a new PCP. I’m so glad I made the appointment. When she came in the room, she had already reviewed all my history and background and seemed for concerned about my overall being and health. Also, the receptionist and nurse were very nice welcoming me in.

On time, no waiting. The Doctor as well as the office personnel were all tuned to provide the Healthcare I needed. Dr. Bita Pour-Jafari has been my PCP for several years. In fact I moved and her office is now about 1.5 hr from my home, yet I continue to have this Dr as my PCP because the trust I have been able to build and the professionalism of the Dr and all the staff.

Dr Bita Pour Jafari and her whole team is wonderful. I see both the Dr and Amy Huston and they both give you all of their attention, never distracted during my visits… I never feel rushed! I always felt rushed at my previous physician’s offices. I genuinely hope that she never changes the way this practice runs. I’d been struggling with debilitating symptoms for years prior to seeing Dr.Jafari. She listened to my concerns and symptoms and knew it was POTS right away. Even I was in disbelief as I’m very active and the heart symptoms had only recently started. Fast forward two months and I can only move a fraction of normal. I’ve had symptoms of dysautomnia long before that could’ve led to early detection if practitioners were as educated as Dr. Jafari.

As always, I was extremely impressed with the time that was spent with Dr Jafarie and her staff!! The reception and time spent in getting my urine sample demonstrated how sensitive they were to my needs. Accolades to the entire staff.
