Dr. Jafari really takes her time to listen to her patients. She gets to know you and works hard to find the best ways to treat you. From anything to caring for complex issues to physicals, I’ve had phenomenal care. If you message her on the patient portal; you don’t have to wait long for a reply which I really appreciate. The staff is so helpful friendly and compassionate as well. The whole office environment makes you feel like a welcomed client!

Dr. was 45 minutes late for a 10:45 appointment after my arrival 10 minutes before scheduled tie. Interview was rushed due to my scheduled transportation pick up. I've never had to wait that long.

Easy check-in and there was not a wait to see the doctor. Dr. Bita Pour-Jafari is very nice and efficient and shows genuine concern.
